Unfortunately, I had to fly using United and Air Canada. Both airlines have experienced well-deserved poor reviews of late. After many hours spent on the phone making sure my seat assignments and ability issues were addressed I was good to go. Both going and returning and connecting flights went without a hitch. My only problems occur and always do is having to fly out of Toronto, Pearson Airport which has yet to get their act together when dealing with mobility challenged passengers. Hopefully, this will be corrected in my lifetime.
